InnoVedge Maids Agency

To have spent the money is another matter. But, with that kind of attitude and service, how far can they go? I really don't know.

But for sure, I will never recommend this agency to any of my friends.

Their website is impressive, with beautiful graphics, colours and wonderful English, in actual fact? You won't be impressed, trust me.

There should be a channel for consumers like me to share our experiences, etc... For holidays, we have travellers' reviews to help us compare and hence, make a better choice in choosing our accommodation, restaurants, etc. I hope my experience helps you better in scouting for a good, responsible and reliable agency.

    After calling a few maid agencies, Innovedge was the only one who could provide my Muslim Phillipines maids. Indonesian and Cambodian are banned. I am now contemplating to proceed after reading your blog, althouth a bit desperate. May I know how it turned out? How it is now? Thanks for sharing. I can be reached at arienaritzal@gmail.com

  2. I am one of the people facing problems with Innovedge Maids Agency. I am constantly being told something when in reality it is something else. I was told that my maid would arrive LATEST by June 2012 but now it's already July. When I called to ask, I received very rude treatment from their customer service officer, Stella Giam. The way she spoke to me was as if I was the one who had done something wrong, when all I wanted was clarification on some issues.

    Attempts to get in touch with her manager, Christy Cheong, failed too since she now refuses to take my calls. In fact when I called Stella, I could hear Christy speaking (almost shouting) in the background in an annoyed manner telling Stella to tell me that my maid will come in ANOTHER month... this after she herself told me that my maid would arrive in Malaysia latest by the end of June.

    These people have already taken a deposit of RM4000 from me, I would expect that it is within my right to ask a few questions. What kind of service are they providing, if my enquiries, as a customer, are ignored? I was DESPERATE when I decided to use their services. I have had maids since 1995 and never have I encountered such bad customer service or such RUDE and CRASS CSOs. They certainly have a nice website and a glitzy office but I will NEVER EVER recommend any of my friends to use their service now... or anyone for that matter, unless dealing with rude and unprofessional people is acceptable to you.

      I'm facing the same problem and treatment , have you gather any info how can we go above to complaint to the gov. pls email me.

      Suggest those who are facing the same problem to join as a group to make a complain for the case.

  3. I'm facing the same treatment as well, the website is very impressive so far is the only company which can provide you with youtube interview. But as a customer by paying extra compare to market price don't think we reserve the services we are getting. The customer service is POOR RUDE and they HANG UP my phone when i try to follow up with them .

    The agency customer services is very poor , especially the manager Christy they are giving you the wrong advice, and not able to commit to the promises has been given. So be careful you may end up paying more and more for the word they have been given.

    I would say this agency is not a reliable and irresponsible agent, they only have a good marketing strategy. In term of experience bring in maid and handling customer is so poor .

    Try to avoid this agency.

  4. Datin, just came out from innovedge pffice and totally agree christy is very rude and even doesnt want to refund my money.im going to make a complaint or police report

  5. It is normal for people after all in this industry dealing with maids, it involved few government agencies. Sometimes we win and sometime we lose.

  6. I been trying to hire a maid and start asking a few agencies involved in this business. I got a good respond from them including the agency mentioned by Datin. I engaged with Innovedge and been kept waiting for more than 3 months. After that period finally I got my maid. The reason behind this is due to our government agencies approval. Now everything settle. I agree with Kevin Tan, it's not anybody fault but it is how we work together to settle the problem instead of blaming each other. Nobody is perfect. Sorry Datin for my comment but I am satisfied.

    1. So do u have any problem with them? I'm from Johor....there are less agency here...or else not good except for sri N....but didn't see the one ....filipino that I want but I saw one in Innovedge that I liked...want to try but because of the earlier comments....I'm far compared to you people...scare of bad service! So, should I tried? Pls advice ASAP. Need to make decision today!!!!!!! Pls help. Thank you.
